Please read this Policy carefully. By using this Application, you agree to the terms of this Policy. 1. Types of Information We Collect 1.1 Automatically Collected Information (Used for Service and Ads) We automatically collect the following information during your use of the Application: Device and Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, Application version, duration of use, feature activation count, and crash reports. Advertising Identifier (AD ID): We collect your Google Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) for ad placement and performance measurement, allowing us to deliver more relevant advertising content to you. 1.2 User-Authorized Sensitive Permissions (Core Functionality) The core security functions of this Application rely on the sensitive permissions you actively authorize. We hereby declare our practices regarding the handling of this sensitive information: A. Data Handling: We are committed not to read, store, upload, or analyze any non-command SMS content on your device. The Application only performs real-time, passive command matching on received SMS messages locally on your device when the remote retrieval function is enabled, in order to identify your specific secure command. Once the matching process is complete, the SMS is immediately ignored, regardless of whether the match was successful, and is not recorded or transmitted. Data Sharing: We will absolutely not share or sell your SMS content to any third parties. B. Microphone/Audio Access (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE) Permission Purpose: To enable the AI-based Clap/Sound Recognition retrieval function. Data Handling: Microphone permission is used to capture ambient sounds. All AI model calculations, sound recognition, and processing are performed locally on your device. We do not record, store, or upload any ambient sound data or audio snippets to our servers. 2. Purpose of Permission Usage (Non-Data Collection) The following permissions are used to ensure the core anti-theft and alert functions operate reliably: Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): To ensure that the Application's AI sound recognition and SMS listening features continue to run in the background, keeping the core security functions active even when the screen is off. Wake Lock (WAKE_LOCK), Disable Keyguard (DISABLE_KEYGUARD) & System Alert Window (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW/USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT): These permissions are used to immediately sound the alarm at maximum volume, light up the screen, override the lock screen interface, and display a full-screen alert when an anti-theft event is detected or a secure command is received, ensuring the alarm's timeliness and visibility. 3. Information Use and Sharing 3.1 Purpose of Information Use Provide Core Service: To operate and maintain the clap-to-find, anti-theft alarm, and remote secure command functions.
